ROCKLAND – Rockland Police reported the following activity June 23-July 7. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. 

June 23 

Christopher Pollis, 24, of Union, was charged by Officer Scott Solorzano with violating conditions of release. 

June 24 

Trevor Libby, 23, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Scott Redmun for terrorizing and domestic violence assault.                                                      

June 25 

Daniel Breen, 23, of Warren, was arrested by Officer John Bagley on a warrant for failing to appear. 

Jacqueline Johnson, 35, of Rockport, was charged by Redmun with burglary of a motor vehicle. 

June 26 

Christopher Billings, 25, of Appleton, was charged by Officer Alex Gaylor with operating after suspension, improper plates and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs. 

June 27 

Richard Turner, 25, of Rockland, was charged by Gaylor with operating after suspension. 

June 28 

Clancy Collins, 23, of Vinalhaven, was arrested on a warrant by Redmun and also charged with violating conditions of release. 

Sergio Heese, 28, of Rockport, was arrested by Gaylor for operating after suspension and violating conditions of release. 

June 29 

William McNeil, 46, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Andrew Redden for domestic violence assault, domestic violence criminal threatening, criminal mischief and terrorizing.                    

July 1 

Jeffery Whatmough, 23, of Akron, Ohio, was arrested by Officer Jacob Shirey for operating under the influence. 

Kurtis Bertrand, 21, of Belfast, was arrested by Redden for aggravated criminal trespass, criminal trespass and criminal mischief. 

July 2 

Amanda Simmons, 40, of Rockland, was arrested by Shirey on a warrant. 

Josiah Bernardo, 19, of Hope, was charged by Shirey with criminal trespass. 

Asa Knauff-Thompson, 30, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor on a warrant. 

July 3 

Andrea Cable, 23, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence and violating conditions of release. 

July 4       

Tara Ortiz, 44, of Rockland, was cited by Sergeant Ken Smith for a seatbelt violation. 

July 5            

Jacob Ortiz, 21, of Rockland, arrested by Gaylor on a probation violation. 

Stephen Little, 27, of Rockland, was arrested by Sergeant Ken Smith on warrants. 

July 6

Brian Robillard, 21, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence, probation violation, theft and improper plates.
