Knox County Superior Court closed cases
ROCKLAND- The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court from Feb. 2-6.
Pedro Fonseca, 35, of Cushing, criminal conspiracy, three years in jail with all but one year suspended; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, seven days in jail, probation partially revoked.
Shawn Jones, 27, of Warren, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, $400 fine.
Marcia Kenney, 43, of Hope, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, 45 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Taylor Olsen, 22, of Friendship, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 15 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Eric J. Pray Rahkonen, 20, of South Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $1000 fine.
Robert O. Rector, 41, of Rockland, failure to comply with sex offender registration act, third offense, two years in jail.
Felicia Timoteo, 22, of New Bedford, Mass., unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, 12 months in jail.
Jacob West, 28, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 18 months in jail with all but four months suspended, probation for one year.
Michael Wiley, 34, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, 14 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
