Knox County Sixth District Court closed cases
ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Sixth District Court from Dec. 29-Jan. 9.
Alicia Carr, 33, of Warren, violating conditions of release, 48 hours in jail.
Stephanie Dodge, 30, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, five days in jail; criminal trespass, five days in jail.
Marcia Kenney, 43, of Hope, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, $400 fine, 14 days in jail.
Melody Waldron, 51, of Rockland, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 50 days in jail, license suspended for 150 days; violating conditions of release (three counts), 50 days in jail; violating conditions of release, 43 days in jail; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, $400 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 50 days suspended.
Robert Baribeau, 23, of North Haven, hunting without a valid license, $100 fine.
Tyler Barter, 21, of South Thomaston, disorderly conduct, offensive words, offensive gestures, 48 hours in jail; criminal attempt, dismissed; operating without a vehicle license, 48 hours in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, dismissed.
James Cressotti, 57, of Appleton, disorderly conduct, use of offensive words, use of offensive gestures, $250 fine.
David Cutler, 56, of Appleton, assault, dismissed.
Denise Davey, 43, of Thomaston, operating under the influence, dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended for 30 days.
Nicholas Deabler, 22, of Thomaston, theft by unauthorized use of property, seven days in jail, $1850 restitution.
Michael Gray, 33, of West Rockport, operating under the influence (drugs or combo), $500 fine, license suspended for 150 days.
Paul Harding, 51, of Rockland, fail to give correct name, address or date of birth, $250 fine; operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended for 150 days.
Erik Durbas, 42, of Union, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days.
Daryl Emery, 26, of Camden, operating after registration suspended, fine $150.
Cameron Ludwig, 23, of Union, failure to register motor vehicle, $100 fine.
Clyde Lee, 36, of Warren, operating under the influence , $500 fine, license suspended for 150 days.
Jessica Furr, 22, of Thomaston, assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, offensive gestures, $200 fine.
Nicholas Deabler, 22, of Thomaston, theft by unauthorized use of property (two counts), seven days in jail; burglary of a motor vehicle (two counts), seven days in jail; violating conditions of release, 72 hours in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 72 hours in jail, $18.25 restitution.
Fern Gordon, 55, of West Rockport, assault, dismissed.
Christina Philoon, 27, of Lincolnville, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days.
Janelle Pratt, 42, of Waldoboro, assault, $300 fine.
Donald Demmons, 49, of Warren, disorderly conduct (two counts), dismissed; loud unreasonable noise, dismissed; assault, dismissed; using offensive words and gestures, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, dismissed; obstructing government administration, dismissed; violating conditions of release, dismissed; fail to comply with sex offender registration act, first offense, seven days in jail.

Christopher Latterner, 22, of Camden, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine, $27 restitution.
Herman Hoffman, 40, of Spruce Head, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, dismissed; violating conditions of release, (three counts), $200 fine, 18 days in jail.
Frank Mastera, 48, of Rockport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), dismissed.
George Marcopulas, 67, of Rockport, failing to make oral or written accident report, dismissed; failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident.
Todd Morales, 42, of Warren, fishing for or taking shellfish from a closed area (prior), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail.
Everett Watson, 42, of Warren, violating conditions of release (five counts), 30 days in jail.
