The Maine Principals Association has named Gabriel Nathan Lash, of Waldoboro, as recipient of its 2025 Principal's Award.

The MPA established the Principal’s Award in 1984 to recognize students for Academic Excellence and Good Citizenship.

Each member school names a senior class student as its award recipient. 

Medomak Valley High School Principal Linda M. D. Pease announced award March 4.

Each student receives a plaque and lapel pin in recognition of their achievement.  In addition the award can be listed on college applications and resumes.

Gabriel Nathan Lash is the son of Matthew and Betsy Lash, of Waldoboro.
