BELFAST — Rhythm Sanctuary Belfast will be held Saturday, Nov. 2, from 6 - 9 p.m., at the First Church in Belfast.

The event is described as "one part epic dance party and one part spiritual journey," said Audra Martin, in a news release. "Come carrying your emotional baggage and leave lighter with more joy and a handful of new friends."

Rhythm Sanctuary is held on the first Saturday of the month 

"Honor our inner power, release what’s holding us back and have a ton of fun dancing together," said Martin.
