BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Aug. 20-28. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

Aug. 20

Ana G. Johnson, 31, of Cranston, R,I., was summonsed for speeding 65 mph in a 45 mph zone on Belmont Avenue.

Gail R. Henningsen, 68, of Morrill, was summonsed for operating an unregistered motor vehicle (less than 150 days).

Elizabeth McDaniel, 27, of Union, was arrested for negotiating a worthless instrument (bad check) stemming from an incident July 23.

Aug. 22

Simon C. Clark, 40, of New York City, was summonsed for speeding 70 mph in a 45 mph zone on Belmont Avenue.

Bryan T. Sidelinger, 41, of Damariscotta, was summonsed for failure to provide proof of insurance.

Zachary Theoharidis, 23, of Watertown, Mass., was summonsed for failure to provide proof of insurance and operating with two inadequate tires.

Aug. 23

Kathleen A. Winslow, 27, of Belfast, was summonsed for endangering the welfare of a child.

Jennifer Rogers, 24,of Lincolnville, was summonsed for failure to provide proof of insurance.

Aug. 24

Syria L. Martin, 35, of Belfast, was arrested for violating conditions of release.

Aug. 25

Benjamin Thibodeau, 35, of Winslow, was summonsed for speeding 70 mph in a 50 mph zone on Waterville Road.

Aug. 27

Michael W. Stevens, 65, of Dedham, was summonsed for speeding 50 mph in a 35 mph zone on Searsport Avenue.

Aug. 28

Gilmar Pastio, 53, of Spruce Head, was summonsed for failure to provide proof of insurance.

Quan V. Lam, 46, of Bangor, was summonsed for failure to provide proof of insurance.
