LIBERTY — Citizen’s Association of Liberty Lakes (CALL) will be offering its annual free Lake Keepers Camp from July 29, 2024 through August 2, 2024, from 9 a.m. to noon, at Lake St. George State Park.

Camp is free for students who have completed third, fourth, and fifth grade. (Usually ages 9 -11)

Lake Keepers Camp started in 2006. The 17th summer of explores lake science through games, talks, and hands-on activities. Lake Keepers Camp emphasizes subjects such as erosion, the watershed, fish, loons, and other wildlife who live in and around the lake as well as learning about invasive plants and much more.

The camp is open to area residents as well as students who summer in the Liberty area. Space is limited. Please apply by June 28, 2024.
