View gowns crafted from evergreen boughs at Watts Hall

THOMASTON — On Sunday, Dec. 10, from 12 to 3 p.m., the Watts Hall doors will open to welcome public viewing of a magical evergreen wonderland. During the previous day, 14 individuals and teams of designers will have created gowns crafted from evergreen boughs.
On Sunday, these gowns can be viewed, by donation, from 12 to 3 p.m. Voting will continue on Sunday and the People’s Choice award will be announced at 3 p.m.
An Opening Reception by Watts Hall Community Players, on Saturday, Dec. 9, from 5 -7 p.m., welcomes the public to view the gowns while enjoying wine, hors d'oeuvres, live music and having a chance to vote for favorite creations.
Tickets for the evening Reception are $20 and available online at wattshallcommunityplayers.org or at the door.
In the spirit of holiday giving all proceeds will go to support the AIO Energy Assistance Program.
