Tony H. Bates, 44, of Belfast, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Winterport March 18.

Christopher J. Lawrence, 40, of Belfast, failure to report in Belfast June 9. 

Robert Sampson, 63, of Buxton, kidnapping in Unity Oct. 8; assault in Unity Oct. 8. 

Matteo Albanese, 22, of Stockton Springs, domestic violence criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Stockton Springs June 28; domestic violence assault in Stockton Springs June 28; criminal mischief in Stockton Springs June 28. 

Hector J. Bohan, 33, of Swanville, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs in Waldo County Oct. 4; unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs in Waldo County Oct. 4; assault in Waldo County Oct. 4; refusing to submit to arrest or detention in Waldo County Oct. 4; violating a condition of release in Waldo County Oct. 4; operating after suspension in Waldo County Oct. 4.

Stephen P. Cummings Jr., 35, of Northport, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Waldo County Sept. 7; violating a condition of release in Waldo County Sept. 7; aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs in Waldo County Sept. 7; aggravated unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs in Waldo County Sept. 7; burglary of a motor vehicle in Waldo County Sept. 7; and criminal forfeiture in Waldo County Sept. 7.

Thomas Frost, 26, of Swanville, aggravated assault in Swanville June 23; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Swanville June 23. 

Gage J. Gagnon, 24, of Otis, stealing drugs in Swanville Jan. 8; operating after revocation in Swanville Jan. 8. 

Theodore Harris, 43, of Winterport, negotiating a worthless instrument in Northport March 8.
