Camden Hills boys soccer shuts out Oxford Hills
ROCKPORT — The Camden Hills varsity boys soccer team scored early and often to cruise to a 10-0 victory Thursday, Oct. 6 over winless Oxford Hills.
Quinn Riordan opened the scoring 60 seconds into the contest with a lofted drive from 30 yards. Cam Brown scored four goals on the day and assisted on another to lead the 'Jammers in points.
Also scoring for the Windjammers were Max Welt who scored from a fee kick, Colby Bennett scored on a drive from just inside the penalty area, Charlie Pons from inside the 18, Finley Fitch from a penalty kick and Mac Pierce on a break-a-way to cap the scoring.
Pons and Evan Constantine earned assists on the day. Brian Leonard made two saves for the shutout.
The 'Jammers racked up seven corner kicks and 18 shots on frame.
