OAKLAND — The Camden Hills varsity boys soccer team put on a dominant display on Messalonskee's senior night to earn a 6-0 victory on the road.

Jasper Hackett got things started for Camden Hills when he finished a Max Welt cross inside the penalty area. Cam Brown (Welt assist) roofed a ball into the top of the net 15 minutes later after an impressive sequence of passing.

In the second half the Windjammers came out strong and Avery Hackett fed Charlie Pons for a nice left footed goal. Camden Hills scored its next three goals in a four minute span with Roan Aldridge-Peacock getting two goals from individual effort and Hackett finished the game as it started by scoring off a Finlay Fitch corner kick.

The 'Jammers led in corner kicks 5-2 and shots 27-0. Brian Leonard did not record a save to earn the shutout while Andrew Beckwith made 12 saves in the Eagles net.

We played really well today against a Messalonskee team that was well organized. Things are coming together for us and we are looking forward to two stiff challenges from Lewiston and Brewer to end the regular season.
