Frederic Buehner, 80, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland Feb. 27, 2021, dismissed; disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise in Rockland Feb. 27, 2021, $575 fine.

Gretchen Crawford, 61, of Rockland, reckless conduct, driving to endanger, failing to stop for an officer, and motor vehicle speeding more than 30 mph over the speed limit all in Rockland Sept. 30, 2018, all dismissed.

Peggy Delingher, 83, of Thomaston, burning without a permit in Thomaston July 10, 2022, $100 fine.

Cody Dinsmore, 31, of Union, operating under the influence (drugs or combination), in Union June 13, 2020, dismissed; driving to endanger in Union June 13, 2020, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

Matthew Donaher, 37, of Appleton, domestic violence assault in Appleton May 13, 2022, one year in jail, one year probation; violating condition of release in Camden July 23, 2022, unconditional discharge.

Heidi D. Drinkwater, 44, of Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Nov. 21, 2021, dismissed.

Tyler Fogg, 27, of Camden, violation of striped bass rule limits, Chapter 42, in Thomaston June 5, 2022, $350 fine.

Timothy Joseph Haley, 47, of Washington, failure to comply with sex offender registry act, first offense, in Union June 7, 2020, 21 days in jail.

Erick J. Harjula, 32, of South Thomaston, untagged lobster traps, Chapter 25, on Matinicus March 10, 2022, $1250 fine.

Christopher Hooper, 44, of Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Warren Oct. 14, 2020, one year in jail with all but 60 days suspended, probation one year, restitution of $5,000; violating condition of release in Warren Oct. 14, 2020, 48 hours in jail.

Camron Hopkins, 23, of Rockland, violation of striped bass rule, limits, Chapter 42, in Thomaston June 5, 2022, $350 fine.

Nelson B. Keyser, 31, of Camden, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland March 2, 2022, $400 fine, 90 days in jail, $400 fine.

Nicholas Killeran, 24, of Rockland, driving to endanger in Warren Oct. 4, 2021, dismissed.

Meryk G. Lowden, 34, of Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked in South Thomaston June 28, 2022, $250 fine.

Dakotah L. Mank, 35, of Waldoboro, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 7, 2021, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland April 5, 2021, unconditional discharge.

Raymond A. McCray, 44, of Palm Beach, Fla., operating after registration suspended in Rockport Aug. 15, 2021, $100 fine.

Andrew G. Rackliff, 49, of Waldoboro, operating while license suspended or revoked in Washington May 7, 2022, $350 fine.

Elezabeta A. Romanov, 32, of La Feria, Texas, criminal conspiracy in Warren July 13, 2019, dismissed; unlawful possession of drug in Warren July 13, 2019, $400 fine.
