Consider facts and ignore negative hearsay

I have known Doc Wallace for several years and do not think the recent attacks online on his character are fair or true regarding his run for the Rockport Select Board.
While I cannot vote as I am not a permanent resident at this time, we own property and pay taxes in Rockport and know Doc is a common sense man and extremely intelligent.
I have lived all over the country and deal with local and state government on a daily basis and understand how important it is for people like Doc to be involved offering guidance and input that affect us all. He truly cares for ALL types of residents and property owners who love the area and call Rockport home.
From helping my family feel welcome, treating my family like his own (and all of my guests I might add) and seeing how he listens to people from all walks of life before forming an opinion, I am proud to call him my friend.
I believe the Golden Rule "Treat others how you would like to be treated" sums up what Doc is all about!
I respectfully ask you consider facts and ignore negative hearsay. He is a winner and will represent all Rockport ALL residents and property owners well and treat them like family... the Rockport Family!
