BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity April 21 - May 5.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles age 17-or-younger are not named.

April 21

Robert Vellaro, 44, of Belmont, was issued summonses for three counts of violating a condition of release and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Fenwick Road in Belmont. 

April 26

David M. Callahan, 31, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for possession of firearms by a prohibited person on Ballou Drive in Lincolnville. 

April 27

Phillip McFadden, 28, of Waldo, was issued summonses for four counts of violating a condition of release on Penobscot Terrace in Belfast.
