Oceanside golf swings past Belfast
ROCKLAND — The Oceanside golf team hosted Belfast in Rockland at the Rockland Golf Club on Monday, Sept. 16.
The host Mariners swung past the visitors 6-3.
Oceanside improved its record to 7-2 with the victory, while Belfast dropped to 6-2 on the season.
Thomas Parker of Belfast was the match’s medalist.
The regular season finale for Oceanside will be Tuesday, Sept. 17 on the road against Waterville at 3:30 p.m.

Playoff rounds will be held Friday, Sept. 20 and Monday, Sept. 23.
The KVAC Class B Shootout will be held at the Rockland Golf Club on Thursday, Sept. 26 at 2 p.m.
The KVAC Qualifier will be held Tuesday, Oct. 1 at Natanis at 10 a.m.
The MPA team championships will be held Saturday, Oct. 5 at Natanis at 10 a.m.
The MPA individual championships will be held Saturday, Oct. 12 at Natanis at 10 a.m.
