BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Aug. 31 - Sept. 5. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Aug. 2 (late entry)

Amber Peters, 26, of Belfast, was issued a summons for sale of tobacco products to a minor on Primrose Street.

Aug. 31

Nicholas R. Chesser, 22, of Belfast, was issued a summons for criminal trespass on Searsport Ave, stemming from an incident July 27.

Sept. 1

Nicole Thomas, 25, of Searsmont, was arrested for operating under the influence on Main Street. 

Sept. 4

Lacey Philip, 35, of Rockland, was arrested for operating under the influence and possession of a schedule W drug on Lincolnville Ave.
