BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Aug. 2-16. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Aug. 2

Meaghan McKee, 34, of Washington, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Moody Mount Road in Searsmont. 

Aug. 3

Christopher A. Merry Jr., 25, of Swanville, was arrested for domestic violence criminal mischief, domestic violence terrorizing, and domestic violence assault on Whig Street in Winterport. 

Frederick E. Rike, 64, of Searsport, was arrested for operating under the influence on Main Street in Searsport. 

Aug. 9

Donald R. Garriepy, 27, of Southbridge, Massachusetts, was issued a summons for failure to obtain a license as a resident of Maine for 90+ days on Bangor Road in Prospect. 

Aug. 14

Corporal Cassandra McDonald responded to the scene of a deer v. vehicle accident on Acadia Highway in Montville. The driver was uninjured and their 2015 Toyota sustained functional damage.
