Waldo County Unified Court closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court July 1-3. 

    Harmony Palmer, 30, of Swanville, operating under the influence in Belfast Sept. 26, four years in jail with all but four months suspended, two years of probation, license suspended for six years, registration suspended, and $1,100 fine.

    Jason D. Ames, 33, of Northport, operating under the influence in Belfast Oct. 11, 10 days in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Brooks March 30, seven days in jail; violating conditions of release in Belfast May 4, seven days in jail. 

    Elizabeth Cunningham, 40, of Searsport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport Nov. 9, seven days in jail and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Searsport Nov. 9, 48 hours in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport March 12, 10 days in jail and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Searsport March 12, 48 hours in jail.

    James M. Helms, 45, of Northport, possessing sexually explicit material of a minor under age 12 in Northport March 31, 70 days in jail. 

    Faith E. Maciver, 30, of Canaan, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Troy July 1, 48 hours in jail; endangering the welfare of a child in Troy July 1, 48 hours in jail.
