BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity June 28 - July 4. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

June 28

Dalton N. Hines, 28, of Belfast, was issued a summons for assault on Front Street. 

Herbert L. Staples Jr., 64, of Belfast, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Belmont Ave. 

June 29

Hunter K. Thompson, 19, of Morrill, was arrested for operating under the influence, assault on an emergency care provider, and illegal possession of alcohol by a minor via consumption on Poors Mill Road. 

Tonja L. Doughty, 50, of Brooks, was issued a summons for speeding 59 mph in a 35 mph zone on Marsh Road. 

Tyler D. Cherry, 20, of Swanville, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Belmont Ave. 

July 1

Penny L. Rigby, 56, of Jackson, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Northport Ave. 

Kenna M. Dufresne, 51, of Belfast, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Northport Ave. 

July 2

Jasmine Nardone-Franco, 35, of Brunswick, was arrested for failure to appear.
