Proposed Belfast salmon farm to present requisite environmental protection plans to public
BELFAST -- Nordic Aquafarms, Inc. will hold a Public Information Meeting, this evening, March 26, at 6 p.m. at the Hutchinson Center, 80 Belmont Ave in Belfast. The company is to present information from its Site Location of Development Act (SLODA) and Natural Resources Protection Act (NRPA) permit applications, as well as its previously submitted discharge application, and to take public comment.
