HOPE — Knox County Fish and Game in Hope will host a youth outdoor program Saturday, Sept. 7.

It will be an aquatic based program dealing with canoeing and kayaking, fishing as well as general outdoor skills, safety, survival and first aid.

The program is designed so those with an interest in these activities, but have little or no experience, will have an opportunity to learn and participate.

It is open to youth between 10 and 15 years old and the program will only be open to 15 attendees. 

Registration is required and a parent or guardian must attend.

There will be no fee, however, donations will be accepted. Lunch will be provided. Participants are asked to bring a dessert to share with the group.
