ROCKLAND — The Knox Clinic and Coastal Recovery Community Center (CRCC) announce a schedule change for their Wellness Wednesday program. Starting this month, Wellness Wednesday will now take place from 1 to 3 p.m. on both the second and fourth Wednesday of every month at the CRCC, located at 11 White Street, Rockland.

Wellness Wednesday offers community members the opportunity to access free holistic services, including acupuncture and reiki, in a welcoming and supportive environment. In addition to these services, attendees can connect with others, explore a variety of community resources, and enjoy complimentary snacks.

Adjusting these hours will better accommodate the needs of the community, according to the Knox Clinic, in a news release. Wellness Wednesday is a space where people can recharge, connect, and receive the care they need in a relaxed setting.

“We encourage everyone to take advantage of these new hours,” said the release.

Participants are also invited to join the Wellness Wednesday Facebook Group, where they can stay updated on monthly offerings and special events.
