Opening on Wednesday, June 6, and held every Wednesday until September 5, the Waldoboro Farmers’ Market will offer fresh produce, baked goods, crafts and family fun.  The new location is on Route 1 at the town office, 1600 Atlantic Highway.   A variety of your favorite local vendors will be on hand from 3-6 p.m., rain or shine.  

Not only can you purchase fresh veggies, chicken, duck and beef, goat cheese, yogurt, caramel, eggs, soap, plants, flowers, crafts and baked goods; you can also get local trail maps, read a story page by page on the story walk and join the Kid’s Nutrition Club.  Come visit your local farmers, artisans and craftsmen and enjoy creative vendor demonstrations every week. 

Vendors include Spear’s Vegetable Farm, Three Duck Farm, Copper Tail Farm, Pine Street Gardens, Almost Edible Soaps, SeaLyon Farm, From the Fields Flower Farm, Cindy’s Home Baking, Sweet Morning Bakery, Emerson Forge & Homestead , Wiggly Bridge Distillery and the Medomak Valley Land Trust.
