Waldo County Unified Court closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Feb. 10-14. 

    Elizabeth Carver, 52, of Northport, operating under the influence in Belfast June 17, 2018, seven days in jail, license suspended for three years, and $700 fine. 

    Mark Frost, 40, of Prospect, assault in Swanville Aug. 27, 2018, dismissed. 

    Lane J. Randall, 25, of Beals, assault in Liberty Oct. 20, 2018, 120 days in jail and $300 fine. 

    Nicholas A. Parker, 32, of Belmont, operating under the influence in Waldo Jan. 1, 2019, seven days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Waldo Jan. 1, 2019, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Frankfort June 22, seven days in jail.  

    Frank R. Feener, 27, of Belmont, operating under the influence in Lincolnville Jan. 28, 2019, dismissed. 

    Morgan Elwell, 25, of North Searsmont, harassment in Belfast Feb. 21, 2019, dismissed. 

    John C. Sanford, 30, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast June 4, dismissed. 

    Sarah M. Dyer, 19, of Belfast, fishing without a valid license in Swanville May 9, dismissed. 

    Patrice Massicotte, 49, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts) in Belfast Sept. 24, and Sept. 26, both dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug (two counts) in Belfast Dec. 18, both dismissed. 

    Leslie A. Ryan, 21, of Belfast, operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast Sept. 8, $150 fine. 

    Jazman E. Nash, 30, of Rockland, operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast Nov. 3, nine months one day in prison and $1,000 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Nov. 3, 30 days in jail. 

    Niccole Hall, 37, of Belfast, violating a condition of release in Belfast Nov. 4, 72 hours in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Nov. 4, 72 hours in jail and $250 fine. 

    Marion Hustus, 35, of Waldo, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Waldo Oct. 3, three years in prison with all but four months suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Waldo Oct. 7, four months in prison and $400 fine; endangering the welfare of a child in Waldo Nov. 7, four months in prison; violating a condition of release in Waldo Nov. 24, dismissed. 

    Steven R. Palmer, 61, of Montville, reckless conduct in Montville Oct. 4, 2019, dismissed; operating under the influence in Montville Oct. 4, 364 days in jail with all but 90 days suspended, one year of probation, license suspended for three years, and $900 fine; driving to endanger in Montville Oct. 4, 40 days in jail, license suspended for 30 days, and $575 fine; failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Montville Oct. 4, 40 days in jail; reckless conduct in Montville Oct. 4, 40 days in jail. 

    Cameron Starkey, 27, of Troy, failing to comply with the Sex Offender Registry Act in Troy Oct. 9, 60 days in jail. 

    Zachary Lear, 21, of Unity, refusing to submit to arrest or detention in Belfast Dec. 11, five days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast Dec. 11, five days in jail; criminal mischief in Belfast Jan. 12, five days in jail and $246 restitution; violating a condition of release in Belfast Jan. 12, five days in jail. 

    Laura D. McLeod, 70, of Belmont, attaching false plates in Lincolnville Dec. 13, $50 fine. 

    Matthew A. Berry, 42, of Belmont, violating a condition of release Feb. 8, 20 days in jail. 

    Kayla M. Allen, 29, of Troy, allowing a dog to be at large (two counts) in Troy June 9, both dismissed; keeping a dangerous dog (two counts) in Troy June 9, both dismissed.
