    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Jan. 24-30. 

    Cliff E. Willey, 61, of Johns Island, South Carolina, driving to endanger in Belfast April 19, 2018, license suspended for 30 days and $750 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast April 19, 2018, dismissed. 

    Sean J. Floyd, 53, of Swanville, terrorizing in Swanville Aug. 10, 2018, 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended and one year of probation. 

    Shae R. Garton, 31, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Sept. 20, 2018, dismissed. 

    William S. Stubbert II, 37, of Benton, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity Sept. 19, 2018, dismissed. 

    Korey N. Lapointe, 28, of Stockton Springs, domestic violence assault in Belfast Nov. 30, 2018, dismissed. 

    Hugh A. Morrison, 34, of Belfast, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Feb. 1, 2019, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Feb. 1, 2010, dismissed. 

    Matthew R. Small, 33, of Unity, probation violation in Unity Feb. 26, 2019, four months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued. 

    Sean R. Anderson, 38, of Liberty, probation violation in Searsmont May 3, four months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued. 

    Jeremiah W. Chauvin, 42, of Unity, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Unity July 9, five years in prison with all but two years suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Unity July 9, six months in jail; unlawful possession of fentanyl powder (two counts) in Unity July 9, both dismissed. 

    Lucas Provost, 28, of Newport, operating under the influence in Frankfort July 29, dismissed. 

    Christopher R. Pariseau, 48, of Brooks, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Stockton Springs Aug. 17, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Stockton Springs Aug. 17, dismissed. 

    Benjamin Bowman, 23, of Dixmont, operating while license suspended or revoked in Unity Aug. 10, $500 fine. 

    Nicholas R. Chesser, 22, of Belfast, criminal trespass in Belfast July 27, dismissed. 

    Caleb Tyler, 20, of Palermo, violating a condition of release in Palermo July 3, dismissed.

    Amber P. Peters, 26, of Belfast, endangering the welfare of a child in Belfast Aug. 2, dismissed. 

    Zachary Barnett, 33, of Winterport, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Winterport June 6, eight years in prison with all but four years suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine; illegal possession of a firearm in Winterport Oct. 27, two years in prison; unlawful possession of heroin in Winterport Oct. 27, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Winterport Jan. 26, 10 days in jail. 

    Matthew Meyer, 26, of Cushing, attaching false plates in Belmont Sept. 29, $150 fine. 

    Matthew Powers, 46, of Monroe, domestic violence stalking in Monroe Oct. 27, dismissed. 

    Cynthia Warren Bourgeault, 72, of Stonington, driving to endanger in Searsport Nov. 2, license suspended for 60 days and $750 fine; operating under the influence in Searsport Nov. 2, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Nov. 2, dismissed. 

    Zachary Lear, 21, of Belfast, criminal mischief in Stockton Springs Nov. 26, dismissed. 

    Taylor R. Jewett, 38, of Liberty, theft by receiving stolen property in Liberty Sept. 30, dismissed. 

    Robert A. Mitchell, 35, of Unity, operating under the influence in Troy Dec. 3, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine. 

    Henry M. Krohn, 64, of Winterport, failing to stop, remain, and provide information in Winterport Oct. 20, $200 fine. 

    Joanne M. Lydem, 48, of Unity, operating while license suspended or revoked in Troy Oct. 19, $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Troy Nov. 8, $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Troy Nov. 8, $250 fine.  

    Barry A. Tweedie, 46, of Thorndike, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thorndike Nov. 17, 2015, $26,039.01 restitution; theft by misapplication of property in Thorndike Nov. 17, 2015, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Knox March 14, 2016, $7,462.94 restitution; theft by misapplication of property in Knox March 14, 2016, dismissed. 

    Melissa Dyer, 41, of Waldo, assault in Waldo Oct. 27, $500 fine. 

    Joshua M. Pomeroy, 31, of Stockton Springs, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport Nov. 14, $250 fine. 

    April M. Cookson Colby, 39, of Searsmont, permitting unlawful use in Belfast Nov. 19, dismissed. 

    Steven Carr, 20, of Belfast, failure to register a vehicle in Belfast Dec. 6, $150 fine; operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast Dec. 6, $150 fine. 

    Dena Chakonas, 44, of Northport, failure to register a vehicle in Brooks Dec. 10, $100 fine. 

    Alvin S. Corey, 53, of Montville, criminal trespass in Morrill Oct. 8, $200 fine. 

    Susan Cruickshank, 70, of Brooks, exceeding 18 hours to register a deer in Brooks Nov. 22, dismissed. 

    Corey Caulkins, 40, of Winterport, hunting antlerless deer without a permit in  Winterport Nov. 11, $100 fine; hunting without a valid license in Winterport Nov. 11, $300 fine. 

    Michael G. Couturier, 22, of Newport, using artificial light to illuminate wild animals in Troy Nov. 22, $200 fine. 

    David Dow, 52, of Gardiner, operating after registration suspended in Unity Nov. 22, $150 fine. 

    Michael W. Embry, 20, of Unity, driving to endanger in Unity Oct. 6, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Unity Oct. 6, dismissed. 

    Vernal J. Hood, 35, of Searsmont, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Knox Nov. 29, $400 fine. 

    Gage Gagnon, 22, of Belfast, violating a condition of release in Winterport Jan. 25, 72 hours in jail. 

    John Drost Jr., 26, of New Castle, Wyoming, entering or causing a projectile to enter a place illegally in Unity Nov. 29, $100 fine. 

    Scott J. Layne, 29, of Stow, operating without safety equipment in Swanville Nov. 22, $100 fine.
