Waldo County Unified Court closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Nov. 29 - Dec. 5. 

    John T. Dayhoof IV, 48, of Lincolnville, operating a vehicle without a license (beyond condition/restrictions) in Lincolnville March 2, $250 fine. 

    Phillip E. Lear, 32, of Dixmont, gross sexual assault in Belfast Aug. 21, 2018, dismissed. 

    John W. Keithan Jr., 43, of Montville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Montville March 20, 364 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, one year of probation, and $7,025 restitution; operating under the influence in Belfast July 4, four days in jail, license suspended for 15 days and $600 fine; failing to stop and provide information in Belfast July 4, dismissed; attaching false plates in Belfast July 4, dismissed; displaying fictitious certificates in Belfast July 4, dismissed; violating condition of release in Belfast July 4, dismissed. 

    Gage R. Cochran, 23, of Trenton, motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over the speed limit in Stockton Springs July 28, $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs July 28, dismissed. 

    Philip J. Dulude, 51, of Orland, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast (two counts) Oct. 19 and Nov. 17, both dismissed. 

    Bryton Allen, 24, of Belfast, violating a condition of release in Belfast Nov. 19, $100 fine; operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast Nov. 19, dismissed; operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast Oct. 24, $100 fine.

    Stephen N. Phenicie, 21, of Rockfall, Connecticut, operating without safety equipment in Unity Oct. 1, $100 fine.
