Waldo County Unified Court, closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Oct. 25-31. 

    Peter A. Fuller, 26, of Lewiston, forgery in Belfast Feb. 1, 2016, 54 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued. 

    Laurie L. Allen, 58, of Belfast, harassment (two counts) in Belfast Oct. 17, 2017, and Nov. 1, 2017, both dismissed. 

    Cassandra G. Lucas, 27, of Montville, criminal mischief in Liberty May 15, 2018, $200 fine; domestic violence assault in Liberty May 15, 2018, dismissed. 

    Trey Taylor, 21, of Hampden, theft by receiving stolen property in Belfast June 7, 2018, dismissed. 

    Anna C. Elander, 67, of Unity, cruelty to animals in Unity Oct. 5, 2018, 364 days in jail with all but 20 days suspended, one year of probation, $500 fine, and 75 hours of community service. 

    Paul A. Jasienowski, 64, of Northport, unlawful sexual contact in Northport Dec. 6, four months in jail; unlawful sexual touching in Northport Dec. 6, four months in jail; gross sexual assault in Northport Dec. 6, four years in prison with all but four months suspended and two years of probation; gross sexual assault (two counts) in Northport Dec. 6, 2018, both dismissed. 

    Branden H. Ricker, 41, of Jackson, operating after habitual offender revocation in Brooks Aug. 8, six months in jail and $1,000 fine; failing to stop for an officer in Brooks Aug. 8, 48 hours in jail; failure to register a vehicle in Brooks Aug. 8, 48 hours in jail; violating a condition of release in Brooks Aug. 8, 48 hours in jail. 

    Dalton N. Hines, 28, of Belfast, assault in Belfast June 28, $750 fine. 

    Keith A. Loignon, 37, of Dayton, operating under the influence in Searsmont Aug. 24, five days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Searsmont Aug. 24, five days in jail; assault on an officer in Searsmont Aug. 24, dismissed; operating a vehicle without a license in Searsmont Aug. 24, dismissed. 

    Kimberlea L. Bradbury, 28, of Augusta, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Palermo Aug. 11, $150 fine. 

    Toran Bragdon, 38, of Jackson, criminal mischief in Jackson July 17, dismissed; failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Jackson July 17, dismissed. 

    Victoria L. Maxim, 63, of Blue Hill, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Waldo Aug. 5, $400 fine. 

    Tristan Pennington, 20, of Bradford, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Winterport Aug. 28, $400 fine. 

    Donald R. Garriepy, 28, of Southbridge, Massachusetts, operating a vehicle without a license in Prospect Aug. 9, dismissed. 

    Kandi Flemming, 31, of Howland, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Winterport Oct. 28, 180 days in jail with all but 48 hours suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine. 

    Imma Thomas, 19, of Belfast, minor consuming liquor in Belfast July 18, dismissed.
