BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Oct. 4-10. 

Marlissa A. Pearl, 48, of Thorndike, domestic violence assault in Thorndike March 2, dismissed. 

Paul A. Jasienowski, 64, of Northport, violating a condition of release in Northport June 11, dismissed. 

Stephen P. Cummings Jr., 32, of Northport, criminal trespass in Northport July 24, 24 hours in jail; violating a condition of release in Northport July 24, dismissed. 

Tyrone M. Saunders, 48, of Brooklyn, New York, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs (two counts) in Unity Aug. 1, 10 years in prison and $400 fine for each count.

Holly Cyr, 28, of Burnham, operating while license suspended or revoked in Jackson Sept. 3, dismissed. 

David Mroz, 71, of Searsport, unlawful cutting of trees in Searsport May 20, $200 fine. 

Lacey Anne Falzarano, 34, of Belfast, keeping a dangerous dog in Belfast June 28, dismissed.
