BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Sept. 13-19.

Shawn W. Audibert, 48, of Bangor, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Oct. 28, 2018, 10 days in jail. 

Chantelle Shibles, 20, of Thorndike, possession of marijuana by someone under age 21 in Thorndike May 10, $350 fine. 

Darius Bryant, 26, of Farmingdale, operating without safety equipment in Unity July 13, $100 fine. 

John H. Howard, 61, of Port Charlotte, Florida, operating greater than headway speed in Palermo Aug. 6, $100 fine.
