Waldo County Unified Court closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Sept. 6-12. 

    Christopher W. Cunningham, 32, of Penobscot, probation violation in Burnham July 17, 2016, 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended and one year of probation. 

    Michael T. Soteres, 22, of Bucksport, operating a vehicle without a license (beyond condition/restriction) in Prospect Sept. 23, 2017, $500 fine; aggravated driving to endanger in Prospect Sept. 23, 2017, dismissed. 

    Robert Richards, 52, of Troy, harassment in Troy June 2, 2018, $100 fine. 

    Linda McCuen, 66, of Waldo, driving to endanger in Belfast July 7, 2018, dismissed. 

    Mikayla L. Tripp, 22, of Lincolnville, assault in Swanville June 24, 2018, $500 fine. 

    Kory A. Schmidt, 26, of Deer Isle, operating under the influence in Belfast Aug. 17, 2018, dismissed. 

    Nicholas Farris, 18, of Morrill, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Aug. 11, 2018, dismissed; possession of marijuana by someone under age 21 in Belfast Nov. 11, $350 fine. 

    James Durand, 28, of Belfast, criminal mischief in Belfast Feb. 5, $150 fine. 

    Jacques F. Lucas, 53, of Montville, operating a vehicle without a license (beyond condition/restriction) in Belmont Feb. 22, $250 fine. 

    Erika Von Saltza, 31, of Belfast, failure to register a vehicle in Belfast Jan. 6, dismissed. 

    Heidi L. Emmerton, 39, of Liberty, failure to comply with the Sex Offender Registry (third offense) in Belfast Feb. 13, 30 months in prison with all but 60 days suspended and two years of probation. 

    Robert Eaton, 56, of Farmingdale, operating under the influence in Palermo April 20, nine months in jail with all but seven days suspended, one year of administrative release, license suspension for 150 days, and $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Palermo April 20, seven days in jail and license suspended for one year; operating while license suspended or revoked in Palermo April 20, dismissed; driving to endanger in Palermo April 20, dismissed; operating under the influence in Palermo April 20, dismissed. 

    Sean R. Anderson, 37, of Liberty, criminal attempt in Searsmont May 6, 30 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Searsmont May 6, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Searsmont May 6, 30 days in jail; burglary in Searsmont May 3, three years in prison with all but 75 days suspended and two years of probation; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Searsmont May 3, 30 days in jail; theft by receiving stolen property in Searsmont May 10, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Searsmont May 10, 30 days in jail; violating a  condition of release in Belfast June 21, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Montville Aug. 25, 30 days in jail.  

    Mario G. Pantoja, 21, of Belfast, driving to endanger in Belfast May 3, dismissed. 

    Jonathan Walsh, 30, of Swanville, operating while license suspended or revoked in Swanville May 20, $250 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Stockton Springs May 15, $250 fine.

    Elizabeth A. Dumais, 63, of Burnham, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Burnham June 29, dismissed. 

    Amanda R. Sylvia, 36, of Swanville, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Swanville May 16, dismissed; failing to make an oral or written accident report in Swanville May 16, dismissed. 

    Corey A. Gould, 19, of Frankfort, operating while license suspended or revoked in Winterport June 27, seven days in jail and $600 fine. 

    Matthew C. Flagg, 27, of Palermo, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast July 15, dismissed. 

    Jennifer L. Laporta Flowers, 43, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Jan. 22, dismissed. 

    Betty A. Nickerson, 55, of Montville, failure to register a vehicle in Belmont July 7, $100 fine. 

    Elisha Savoy, 28, of Washington, operating after registration suspended in Unity Aug. 1, $150 fine. 

    Vicki S. French, 52, of Mercer, assault in Palermo July 20, $300 fine. 

    Gage Gagnon, 21, of Belfast, operating a vehicle without a license (two counts) in Belfast July 27 and Aug. 13, $150 fine for each count; attaching false plates in Belfast Aug. 13, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast July 27, $150 fine. 

    Spencer K. Harjung, 29, of Troy, failure to register a vehicle in Brooks July 10, $150 fine. 

    Chantelle Shibles, 20, of Thorndike, possession of marijuana by someone under age 21 in Thorndike May 10, $350 fine.
