Waldo County Unified Court closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Aug. 16 - Sept. 5.

    Leonard M. Bazile III, 44, of Palermo, operating/permitting operation of an unregistered motorboat in Palermo July 5, $100 fine. 

    Ryan J. Klekotta, 37, of Plymouth, operating an unregistered ATV in Troy July 20, $100 fine. 

    Silas Stimpson, 19, of Belfast, minor consuming liquor in Belfast June 13, $200 fine; use of drug paraphernalia in Belfast June 13, $300 fine. 

    Lucie E. Myers, 64, of Islesboro, allowing a dog to be at large on Islesboro July 7, $50 fine. 

    Jodi Gardner, 50, of Brooks, use of drug paraphernalia in Jackson July 10, $300 fine. 

    Elizabeth Palmer Herdrich, 58, of Searsmont, animal trespass (two counts) in Searsmont July 3 and Aug. 8, $100 fine for each count. 

    Nicholas Huber, 18, of Jefferson, minor consuming liquor in Liberty July 28, $200 fine. 

    Renaissance Lyman, 20, of Camden, operating without safety equipment in Lincolnville July 13, $100 fine. 

    Chandler D. Littlefield, 49, of Frankfort, operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast July 18, 2018, six months in jail and $1,000 fine; failure to register a vehicle in Belfast July 18, 2018, 30 days in jail. 

    Grace C. Jameson, 24, of Appleton, operating after habitual offender revocation in Waldo Jan. 28, 30 days in jail and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Waldo Jan. 28, 30 days in jail.

    John J. Ronayne II, 41, of Belfast, violating a condition of release in Belfast Aug. 30, five days in jail.
