Tyana C. Chadwick, 23, of Prospect, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Swanville Sept. 26, 2017, $250 fine; domestic violence terrorizing in Swanville Sept. 26, 2017, dismissed. 

Adam J. Flood, 37, of Searsmont, domestic violence assault in Searsmont Oct. 1, 2017, 45 days in jail; unlawful sexual contact in Searsmont Oct. 1, 2017, three years in prison with all but 90 days suspended and two years of probation; gross sexual assault in Searsmont Oct. 1, 2017, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing in Searsmont Oct. 1, 2017, dismissed. 

Eric Dupray, 46, of Stockton Springs, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Stockton Springs Oct. 22, 2017, $250 fine; domestic violence terrorizing in Stockton Springs Oct. 22, 2017, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs Feb. 5, $200 fine. 

Aaron Thayer, 25, of Hermon, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Nov. 25, 2017, $500 fine; domestic violence assault in Belfast Nov. 25, 2017, dismissed. 

Samantha Juszkierwicz, 26, of Belfast, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Winterport Feb. 23, 2018, two years in prison with all suspended, two years of probation and $400 fine. 

Hayden D. Ratner, 31, of Unity, probation violation in Unity Jan. 24, 2018, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued. 

Marcus A. Nadeau, 31, of Frankfort, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Northport Dec. 12, 2017, two years in prison with all but 10 days suspended, two years of probation and $400 fine.

Andy V. Oakes, 62, of Winterport, obstructing government administration in Winterport May 14, 2018, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention in Winterport May 14, 2018, dismissed.
