Waldo County Unified Court closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were recently closed in Waldo County Unified Court Aug. 2-8. 

    John W. Horseman, 28, of Palermo, domestic violence assault in Stockton Springs March 13, five months in jail; aggravated assault in Stockton Springs March 13, dismissed. 

    John E. Ingraham, 34, of Knox, operating while license suspended or revoked in Knox March 14, seven days in jail, license suspended for one year and $700 fine; driving to endanger in Knox March 14, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; endangering the welfare of a child in Knox March 14, 48 hours in jail. 

    Thomas Bormet, 45, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast March 25, 10 days in jail and $500 fine; operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast March 25, dismissed. 

    Darryl Ogden, 38, of Hancock, operating while license suspended or revoked in Stockton Springs June 19, dismissed. 

    John C. Sapoch, 58, of Hopewell, New Jersey, failure to register a vehicle in Northport June 22, $100 fine.
