Waldo County Unified Court closed cases

BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court July 26 - Aug. 1.
Michael J. Levenduski, 41, of Knox, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Knox May 9, 2018, three years in prison with all but nine months suspended, three years of probation and $400 fine.
Edmund L. Melanson, 76, of Montville, solicitation of a minor in Belfast March 28, 2018, five months in jail with all but 14 days suspended and one year of probation.
Austin Clements, 23, of Passadumkeag, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Winterport July 30, 48 hours in jail.
Ryan Flannery, 34, of Stockton Springs, violating a condition of release in Belfast July 30, seven days in jail.
