    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court July 8-18. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    Ricky L. Seekins, 47, of Brooks, refusing to submit to arrest or detention (with physical force) in Brooks July 5, two days in jail.

    William Pendergast, 39, of Searsport, criminal trespass in Searsport July 7, 48 hours in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (with physical force) in Searsport July 7, 48 hours in jail. 

    John J. Ronayne II, 40, of Belfast, violating a condition of release in Belfast July 8, 48 hours in jail. 

    Tylik L. Boyd, 23, of Brewer, operating while license suspended or revoked in Stockton Springs July 8, $250 fine. 

    John Moody, 31, of Hampden, littering in Swanville March 27, $500 fine. 

    Marc S. Gattullo, 30, of Brewster, New York, probation violation in Belfast Oct. 22, 2016, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued. 

    Jason D. Ames, 34, of Northport, operating under the influence in Belfast Oct. 11, 10 days in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine. 

    Marissa M. Melton, 27, of Swanville, tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim in Searsmont March 31, dismissed. 

    Russell K. Barber, 65, of Belfast, failure to register a vehicle in Northport June 15, $100 fine.

    Peter E. Breton, 60, of Albion, fishing in violation of number, amount, weight or size in Unity May 9, $200 fine. 

    Tina M. Boutin, 38, of Knox, violating a condition of release in Knox July 16, 30 days in jail. 

    Harmony Palmer, 30, of Swanville, criminal mischief in Swanville July 16, five days in jail; violating a condition of release in Swanville July 16, five days in jail.
