    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court June 21-27.

    Deven Anderson, 27, of Bangor, unlawful sexual touching in Frankfort Jan. 1, 2017, 364 days in jail with all suspended and one year of probation; sexual abuse of a minor in Frankfort Jan. 1, 2017, dismissed. 

    Nicholas Winter, 20, of Lincolnville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Lincolnville Dec. 8, 2017, $500 fine; burglary in Lincolnville Dec. 8, 2017, dismissed. 

    Jennifer St. Hilaire, 54, of Winthrop, driving to endanger in Belfast Feb. 7, license suspended for 30 days and $750 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast Feb. 7, 2018, dismissed. 

    Brady Irish, 23, of Lincoln, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Jan. 3, 2018, six months in jail. 

    Karen E. Araiza, 59, of Portland, driving to endanger in Belfast March 4, 2018, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine. 

    Melissa G. Goguen, 38, of Lincolnville, criminal mischief in Lincolnville April 27, 2018, dismissed. 

    Michael J. Levenduski, 41, of Knox, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Knox May 9, 2018, three years in prison with all but nine months suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine. 

    Gregory R. Lafortune, 45, of Belfast, possessing sexually explicit material of a minor under the age of 12 in Belfast Jan. 25, four years in prison with all but nine months suspended and two years of probation. 

    Walter Schallek, 69, of Northport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Jan. 14, $150 fine. 

    Jeffrey W. Hustus, 53, of Searsport, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Searsport Oct. 24, 10 months in prison and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in drugs (two counts) in Searsport Oct. 23 and Nov. 13, both dismissed. 

    Clifford J. Dumont, 26, of South China, operating under the influence in Liberty March 13, 180 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, one year of probation, license suspended for three years, and $700 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Liberty March 13, $250 fine. 

    Charles Guite, 22, of Bangor, assault in Winterport April 7, 45 days in jail and $300 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Winterport April 7, 45 days in jail; disorderly conduct (loud/unreasonable noise) in Winterport April 7, dismissed; aggravated assault in Winterport April 7, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Winterport April 7, dismissed. 

    Zebediah Maker, 34, of Liberty, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast April 4, dismissed. 

    Guy S. Leeman III, 43, of Palermo, domestic violence terrorizing in Palermo April 12, $500 fine; domestic violence terrorizing in Palermo April 13, dismissed. 

    Waylon Hawk M. Milliard, 29, of Unity, violating a condition of release in Unity May 3, $200 fine. 

    James Mylen, 28, of Winterport, theft by receiving stolen property in Winterport Feb. 18, dismissed. 

    Bo Denny Brassbridge, 25, of Monroe, operating under the influence in Searsport May 11, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; driving to endanger in Searsmont May 11, dismissed. 

    Maxwell R. Lancaster, 20, of Albion, burning without a permit in Winterport May 6, $100 fine and $236 restitution. 

    Benjamin L. Langer, 39, of Brooks, failing to extinguish a fire in Brooks May 5, $200 fine and $2,370 restitution. 

    Dillan J. Springer, 27, of Bangor, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Searsmont May 9, $400 fine. 

    Jesse McIntire, 38, of Old Town, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Stockton Springs May 25, $250 fine. 

    Ann M. Moody, 30, of Belfast, operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast May 22, $250 fine. 

    Zachary Lear, 20, of Belfast, criminal mischief in Winterport June 25, 48 hours in jail and $500 restitution. 

    Harland F. Gamble, 61, of Prospect, failing to notify of commercial harvest in Stockton Springs May 22, $100 fine.
