    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court May 26-31. 

    Brett A. Collamore, 19, of Appleton, burglary in Lincolnville Dec. 8, 2017, 18 months in prison with all but 60 days suspended and two years of probation; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Lincolnville Dec. 8, 2017, 60 days in jail. 

    Crystal Killgore, 25, of Winslow, operating under the influence in Montville March 9, 2018, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; driving to endanger in Montville March 9, 2018, dismissed. 

    Donald Resh Jr., 43, of Searsport, probation violation in Belmont July 13, 22 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; assault in Belfast March 2, dismissed. 

    Jessica L. Kelley, 28, of Searsport, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast July 26, three years in prison with all but nine months one day suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast July 28, five days in jail and $400 fine. 

    Angela G. Philbrook, 34, of South China, operating while license suspended or revoked in Unity Sept. 26, $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Unity Sept. 26, $250 fine. 

    Elizabeth Cunningham, 40, of Searsport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport Nov. 9, seven days in jail and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Searsport Nov. 9, 48 hours in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport March 12, 10 days in jail and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Searsport March 12, 48 hours in jail. . 

    Nathan Brown, 19, of Belfast, assault in Belfast Nov. 28, dismissed. 

    Gloria Warren, 47, of Searsport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Nov. 28, $200 fine; criminal mischief in Belfast March 29, $200 fine. 

    Emily B. Rogals, aggravated criminal mischief in Belfast July 10, 2017, dismissed; criminal mischief in Belfast July 10, 2017, unconditional discharge. 

    Abby F. Bowden, 24, of Bucksport, attaching false plates in Stockton Springs Jan. 14, $150 fine. 

    Kandi Flemming, 30, of Winterport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Jan. 16, $250 fine. 

    Lynn R. Poulin Jr., 39, of Clinton, criminal trespass in Freedom March 8, $250 fine.

    Eric A. Kiernan, 43, of Belfast, theft by deception in Belfast Oct. 16, $250 fine. 

    Scott A. Gaudette, 54, of Brooks, operating under the influence in Brooks March 23, seven days in jail, license suspended for three years, and $700 fine. 

    Julius A. Melton, 25, of Swanville, burglary of a motor vehicle in Searsmont Feb. 12, 48 hours in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Searsmont Feb. 12, dismissed. 

    Marissa M. Melton, 27, of Swanville, burglary of a motor vehicle in Searsmont Feb. 12, 10 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Searsmont Feb. 12, dismissed. 

    Cassandra G. Lucas, 27, of Searsmont, violating a condition of release in Belfast April 4, 24 hours in jail. 

    Alexander L. Berry, 19, of Randolph, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport March 16, dismissed. 

    Tommy Alan W. Hewins, 34, of Burnham, violating a condition of release in Burnham March 17, $500 fine. 

    Quentin T. Patterson, 38, of Frankfort, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport March 18, dismissed; failure to register a vehicle in Searsport March 18, dismissed. 

    Benjamin N. Swett, 42, of Albany, New Hampshire, passing a stopped school bus in Unity Feb. 4, dismissed. 

    Adam C. Wallace, 41, of Hodgdon, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast March 4, $250 fine. 

    Neil J. Warren, 31, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Swanville Feb. 28, $500 fine. 

    Jessica L. Kelley, 28, of Swanville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Lincolnville March 28, nine months in jail. 

    Shane L. Thibodeau, 48, of Belfast, obstructing the report of a crime in Belfast April 20, 24 hours in jail; criminal mischief in Belfast April 20, 24 hours in jail. 

    Christopher King, 31, of Swanville, domestic violence assault in Swanville May 8, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Swanville May 8, dismissed. 

    Nicholas R. Chesser, 22, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast March 29, $250 fine and $12.33 restitution.
