BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court May 10-22.

Barbara Hartlett, 57, of Searsmont, keeping an unlicensed dog in Searsmont Feb. 1, $50 fine; failure to license a dog in Searsmont March 5, $50 fine.

Anne Marie Miller, 21, of Stockton Springs, use of drug paraphernalia in Stockton Springs Jan. 7, $300 fine.

Lori Ward Hustus, 18, of Searsmont, use of drug paraphernalia in Belfast March 13, $500 fine; minor transporting liquor in Belfast March 13, dismissed.

Bradley Frost, 21, of Swanville, operating an unregistered ATV in Swanville March 31, $100 fine.

Astin L. Merry, 34, of Searsport, probation violation in Searsport May 10, 2017, 102 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Tina M. Boutin, 38, of Knox, violating a condition of release in Unity May 16, seven days in jail.

Joshua R. Miller, 47, of Belfast, allowing a dog to be at large in Belfast March 25, $50 fine.
