    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court April 10-18. 

    Cheri L. Givens, 38, of Belfast, failing to stop, remain, or provide information in Belfast June 9, 2017, $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast June 9, 2017, $500 fine.

    Shirley R. Langille, 68, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Feb. 5, 2018, $400 fine.

    Judith Mayo, 52, of Hampden, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Belfast Feb. 5, 2018, $400 fine.

    Benjamin Wright, 26, of Winterport, fishing without a valid license in Liberty Feb. 18, dismissed.

    Gabriel Delano, 26, of Waldoboro, ice fishing with more than five lines in Palermo Feb. 5, $100 fine.

    Jessica D. Maddocks, 34, of Waterville, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Sept. 25, dismissed. 

    Joseph McBride, 30, of Waldo, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Brooks Nov. 25, 48 hours in jail; failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Brooks Nov. 25, 48 hours in jail. 

    William H. Nunn, 24, of Monroe, refusing to submit to arrest or detention (with physical force) in Monroe March 11, 48 hours in jail; domestic violence criminal threatening in Monroe March 11, dismissed. 

    Sean J. Floyd, 52, of Swanville, violating conditions of release in Swanville March 26, 48 hours in jail. 

    Maeve C. O’Connor, 35, of Montville, failure to register a vehicle in Belfast March 7, $100 fine. 

    Kristie Anderson, 38, of Liberty, attaching false plates in Liberty April 12, 72 hours in jail; violating conditions of release in Liberty April 12, 72 hours in jail.
