    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo Unified Court March 26 - April 4.

    Traci Tracey, 55, of Jackson, harassment by telephone in Brooks Jan. 5, $250 fine.

    Dominic D. Carter, 66, of Winslow, shooting a firearm, bow and arrow, or crossbow over a way in Unity Feb. 2, $200 fine.

    Dmitri Fleszar, 41, of Augusta, operating under the influence in Montville Jan. 12, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Shawn J. Lachance, 44, of Lincolnville, violating a condition of release in Lincolnville Feb. 14, $250 fine; operating a vehicle without a license in Lincolnville Feb. 14, $250 fine; failing to stop, remain, or provide information in Lincolnville Jan. 30, $150 fine.

    Hunter K. Thompson, 19, of Morrill, failure to register a vehicle in Belfast Jan. 23, $150 fine.

    Dustyn Wood, 28, of Hampden, unlawful cutting of trees in Brooks Dec. 1, $850 restitution.

    Warren A. King, 26, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast Dec. 15, 2016, nine months in jail with all but 10 days suspended, two years of probation, and $381.17 restitution; criminal mischief in Belfast Dec. 15, 2016, 10 days in jail; obstructing the report of a crime in Belfast Dec. 15, 2016, 10 days in jail.

    Shane L. Webber, 36, of Greenfield, operating while license suspended or revoked in Stockton Springs Sept. 20, 2017, seven days in jail and $750 fine; operating after habitual offender revocation in Stockton Springs Sept. 20, 2017, dismissed.

    Kyle L. Downs, 26, of Brooks, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Knox April 12, 2018, four years in prison with all but nine months suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine.

    Christopher Beeton, 31, of Morrill, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Brooks May 7, three months in jail and $400 fine; unlawful sexual contact in Jackson July 1, 2016, five years in prison with all but nine months suspended and two years of probation; gross sexual assault in Jackson July 1, 2016, dismissed; sexual exploitation of a minor in Jackson July 1, 2018, dismissed.

    William R. Peebles III, 44, of Palermo, domestic violence assault in Palermo Aug. 19, dismissed; obstructing the report of a crime in Palermo Aug. 18, dismissed.

    A minor from East Boothbay was fined $150 for operating without a license in Belfast Aug. 6.

    Nickolas C. Ortiz, 42, of Belfast, criminal mischief in Belfast Aug. 5, dismissed.

    John E. Cox III, 53, of Bryant Pond, trafficking in prison contraband in Belfast June 25, three years in prison with all suspended and two years of probation.

    Jonathan G. Duff, 25, of Rutland, Massachusetts, gross sexual assault in Unity Sept. 9, dismissed.

    Joanne M. Drew, 68, of Knox, violating conditions of release in Knox Nov. 7, dismissed.

    Heather Walsh, 38, of Thorndike, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Knox Nov. 7, dismissed.
