    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Feb. 22-28.

    Katherine Manchester, 32, of Islesboro, probation violation in Belfast Oct. 20, 2016, 40 days in jail and probation partially revoked.

    Andrew M. Sousa, 34, of Brooks, probation violation in Brooks Nov. 12, 2016, probation partially revoked and continued, no sentence imposed; robbery in Unity April 9, 2018, four years in prison with all but two years suspended and three years of probation; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Brooks April 18, six months in jail and $400 fine.

    Branden Bailey, 23, of Palermo, driving to endanger in Belfast Sept. 8, 2017, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast Sept. 8, 2017, dismissed.

    Brandi Nickerson, 34, of Monroe, operating a vehicle without a license (beyond condition/restriction) in Waldo Sept. 25, 2017, 10 days in jail and $750 fine; operating under the influence in Waldo Sept. 25, 2017, dismissed.

    Ronald J. Green, 29, of Brooks, operating under the influence in Belfast Nov. 12, 2017, dismissed.

    Maurice D. Young, 51, of Cushing, domestic violence assault in Thorndike May 8, three years in prison with all but six months suspended, two years of probation, and $125 restitution; theft by unauthorized use of property in Thorndike May 8, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Thorndike May 8, dismissed.

    Zachary B. Eccleston, 22, of Unity, criminal trespass in Unity April 22, $300 fine.

    Tina M. Boutin, 37, of Knox, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Knox Nov. 6, 2017, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Knox May 29, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Knox June 7, dismissed.

    Jeffrey D. Vandrey, 39, of Kingfield, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Montville July 8, dismissed.

    Reanna A. Emery 22, of Old Town, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit in Frankfort June 6, dismissed.

    Zachary M. Boggs, 19, of Bangor, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport June 29, $500 fine; operating without a license (beyond condition/restriction) in Searsport June 29, dismissed.

    Tiffany Hart, 30, of Waldo, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug (three counts) in Belfast Sept. 20, all dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Aug. 20, four months in jail with all suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine; falsifying physical evidence in Belfast Sept. 20, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Sept. 20, dismissed.

    Craig S. Thomas, 52, of Lincolnville, home repair fraud in Lincolnville Sept. 18, $100 fine.

    Matthew R. Small, 32, of Unity, operating under the influence in Unity Dec. 11, five days in jail and $600 fine; driving to endanger in Unity Dec. 11, five days in jail and $575 fine; failing to stop or provide information in Unity Dec. 11, $300 fine; domestic violence assault in Unity Feb. 26, six months in jail with all but 10 days suspended and two years of probation; violating condition of release in Unity Feb. 26, 10 days in jail.

    Diana Blood, 33, of Searsport, criminal mischief in Searsport Dec. 13, dismissed.

    Kyle J. McLaughlin, 24, of Chesterville, shooting from a motor vehicle in Knox Oct. 30, $100 fine.

    Chester Ruth, 30, of Lincolnville, operating under the influence in Lincolnville Dec. 19, seven days in jail, license suspended for three years, and $700 fine.

    John Ryan, 22, of Palmyra, assault in Jackson July 5, four months in jail and $300 fine; sexual abuse of a minor in Jackson July 5, dismissed.

    Leslie J. Duecaster Jr., 42, of Searsport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport Dec. 31, $750 fine.

    Philip J. Dulude, 50, of Belfast, misuse of the emergency 9-1-1 system in Belmont Jan. 1, $100 fine.

    Gary L. Roberts, 41, of Searsport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Stockton Springs Jan. 1,  $500 fine.

    Chamberlain J. Wiles, 28, of Dixmont, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit in Troy Dec. 26, $500 fine.

    Barry A. Tweedie, 45, of Thorndike, harvest operator failing to pay within 45 days (two counts) in Thorndike May 14, $125 fine for each count.

    Charles W. Resh, 41, of Searsport, use of drug paraphernalia in Belfast Oct. 25, $300 fine.

    Nicholas Farris, 18, of Morrill, use of drug paraphernalia in Belfast Nov. 11, dismissed.
