    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Feb. 8-13.

    Michael J. Redding, 30, of Brooks, probation violation in Belfast March 21, 2016, nine months in jail and probation partially revoked.

    Zachary Smart, 28, of Belfast, assault in Belfast Sept. 14, 2016, 48 hours in jail and $300 fine.

    Matthew K. Anglin De Los Casto, 45, of Stockton Springs, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Stockton Springs July 5, 2017, dismissed.

    Nathan J. Lord, 22, of Liberty, criminal mischief in Liberty Dec. 23, 2017, $200 fine; driving to endanger in Liberty Sept. 5, 2017, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Liberty Sept. 5, 2017, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Jan. 6, 2018, dismissed.

    Wayne A. Stanhope, 41, of Searsport, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Searsport Jan. 27, 2018, $300 fine; domestic violence assault in Searsport Jan. 27, 2018, dismissed.

    Kenneth M. Schneider, 62, of Searsport, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Searsport March 9, $200 fine.

    Zachary D. Peterson, 28, of Denver, Colorado, violating a protection from abuse order in Troy March 24, dismissed.

    Michael J. Levenduski, 40, of Knox, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Knox May 9, three years in prison with all but nine months suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts) in Knox May 10, dismissed; forfeiture of property.

    Joshua L. Carver, 40, of Northport, displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate in Belfast June 9, dismissed; falsifying physical evidence in Belfast June 8, dismissed.

    Shawn D. Connors, 27, of Searsport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport Aug. 25, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Searsport Aug. 25, $250 fine.

    Benjamin Knowlton, 54, of Northport, operating under the influence in Belfast Nov. 17, dismissed.

    Scott Russell, 39, of Winterport, operating under the influence in Monroe Nov. 24, 30 days in jail, license suspended for three years, registration suspended, and $1,000 fine; operating a vehicle without a license in Monroe Nov. 24, five days in jail.

    Melissa Conroy, 28, of Monroe, false public alarm in Brooks Dec. 1, $250 fine.

    Donald J. Knowlton, 28, of Waldo, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Dec. 2, seven days in jail, license suspended for one year, and $600 fine.

    Megan L. McKeighan, 22, of Unity, passing a stopped school bus in Knox Oct. 24, dismissed.

    Samuel D. Lear, 22, of Jackson, cutting Christmas trees or boughs without permission in Burnham Nov. 9, $100 fine.

    Janet L. McLaughlin, 43, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport Nov. 21, $500 fine.

    Melissa Bagley, 34, of Freedom, operating while license suspended or revoked in Palermo Nov. 6, dismissed.

    Megan Sawyer, 42, of Stockton Springs, attaching false plates in Searsport Nov. 13, $150 fine.

    Devin B. Richards, 26, of Searsmont, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit in Belmont Dec. 1, $500 fine.

    Elisabeth M. Bormet, 26, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Winterport Dec. 31, $500 fine.

    Charles C. Beckett, 23, of Stockton Springs, using artificial light to illuminate animals in Morrill Nov. 24, $200 fine; night hunting in Morrill Nov. 24, dismissed.
