    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Dec. 7 - Jan. 1.

    Gregory A. Thompson, 54, of Waldo, unlawful sexual contact in Waldo Sept. 5, 2004, dismissed; unlawful sexual contact in Waldo Jan. 1, 2006, dismissed; gross sexual assault in Waldo Jan. 1, 2008, dismissed.

    Stephen W. Lee, 28, of Unity, rule violation (possessing or using drugs while on duty) in Palermo Sept. 26, $350 fine. 

    Christina C. Tripp, 28, of Frankfort, failing to stop, provide information in Belfast Oct. 28, $150 fine. 

    Benjamin Trundy, 21, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Oct. 30, $250 fine. 

    Jason M. Howie, 20, of Belmont, criminal trespass in Belfast Dec. 7, 48 hours in jail. 

    Andrew Veysey, 31, of Palmyra, use of drug paraphernalia in Burnham Aug. 30, $300 fine. 

    Sherry D. Fuller, 57, of Montville, failing to attach deer tag to deer in Montville Oct. 27, $100 fine. 

    Isabella Witham, 18, of Belfast, minor possessing liquor in Belfast Sept. 22, $200 fine.

    Jason Roberts, 38, of Rockland, unlawful possession of heroin in Belfast April 21, 2017, three years in prison with all but nine months suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; violating condition of release in Searsport May 4, 2017, six months in jail; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Searsport May 10, 2017, nine months in jail and $400 fine; violating conditions of release in Searsport May 10, 2017, six months in jail; motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit in Searsport Sept. 19, 2017, 48 hours in jail. .

    Ginger L. Hegstrom, 36, of Thorndike, probation violation in Brooks Aug. 11, 2017, seven days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; assault in Brooks Oct. 7, five days in jail, $300 fine, and $250 restitution.

    David J. Smith, 50, of Bangor, harassment in Unity May 2, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Unity May 2, dismissed.

    Carsten T. Geisel, 36, of Winterport, failing to extinguish a fire in Winterport Sept. 6, 48 hours in jail.

    Tyrone M. Saunders, 48, of Brooklyn, New York, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Oct. 25, 55 days in jail and $400 fine.

    Charles Graffam, 74, of Saco, abuse of property while hunting in Unity Oct. 29, $100 fine.

    Reginald O. Wentworth, 75, of Montville, placing bait to entice deer in Montville Nov. 8, $200 fine.

    Joel M. Grondin, 51, of Dayton, hunting with firearms/crossbow without hunter orange in Unity Oct. 27, $100 fine.

    Jasmine Greenleaf, 36, of Belfast, entering or causing a projectile to enter a place illegally in Unity Oct. 27, $100 fine.

    A Belfast minor was fined $200 for consuming liquor in Belmont Nov. 4. 
     
    Sonya Whitcomb, 20, of Belfast, minor consuming liquor in Belmont Nov. 4. 
     
    Stuart C. Haaf, 31, of Searsport, failure to inform law enforcement of a concealed handgun in Belfast Nov. 19, $100 fine. 
     
    Jessica Cutliffe, 38, of Belfast, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the posted limit in Belfast Dec. 26, 48 hours in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Dec. 26, $250 fine; violating condition of release in Belfast Dec. 26, 48 hours in jail; possessing a suspended drivers license in Belfast Dec. 26, dismissed.
