BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Nov. 29-29.

Meredith S. Greene, 39, of Bucksport, violating conditions of release in Belfast July, 25, 2015, five days in jail.

Michaela Skillings, 24, of Frankfort, probation violation in Belfast Sept. 13, 2015, probation partially revoked and continued, no sentence imposed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Northport Dec. 12, eight years in prison with all suspended, three years of probation and $400 fine; use of drug paraphernalia in Belfast June 18, dismissed.

Robert Jurdak, 38, of Unity, probation violation in Unity July 14, 2017, probation partially revoked and continued, no sentence imposed.

Saliko K. Johnson, 50, of Brooks, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts) in Belfast Nov. 1, 2017, and Jan. 24, 2017, both dismissed.

Benjamin York Sr., 57, of Windsor, operating under the influence in Montville May 1, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; violating conditions of release in Montville May 1, 48 hours in jail.

Denise L. Pomeroy, 31, of Searsport, operating a vehicle without license (beyond condition/restriction) in Searsport March 16, dismissed.

Michael J. Hanson Sr., 49, of Bucksport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast April 26, $250 fine.

Erin J. Walter, 33, of Thomaston, operating under the influence in Belfast June 7, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast June 2, dismissed.

Jeremy Trotter, 32, of Belast, violating a protection from abuse order in Belfast July 27, three days in jail.

Taylor Andrews, 28, of Gardiner, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Swanville Aug. 2, dismissed.

Christine Ogden, 52, of Searsport, aggravated assault in Searsport Aug. 8, dismissed; domestic violence criminal threatening in Searsport Aug. 8, dismissed.

Trapper W. Larrabee, 23, of Knox, operating under the influence in Morrill Aug. 12, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

Deborah L. Hodgdon, 39, of Jackson, assault in Jackson Aug. 18, seven days in jail and $300 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (with physical force) in Jackson Aug. 18, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Jackson Aug. 18, dismissed.

Michael A. Robbins, 36, of Stayton, Oregon, operating under the influence in Belfast Aug. 25, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

Mikaela A. Slagger, 22, of Waldo, domestic violence assault in Waldo Aug. 25, 90 days in jail and two years of probation.

Francisco Alfaro, 52, of New York, New York, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit in Stockton Springs July 7, dismissed.

Tommy Hillman, 56, of Troy, refusing to submit to arrest or detention (with physical force) in Troy Sept. 2, $300 fine; criminal trespass (two counts) in Troy Sept. 2, both dismissed.

Marco Y. Liem, 62, of Wellesley, Massachusetts, driving to endanger in Northport Sept. 8, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Northport Sept. 8, dismissed.

Donald Resh Jr., 43, of Searsport, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belmont July 13, 180 days in jail with all suspended, one year of probation and $400 fine; unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Belmont July 13, dismissed.

Kyle J. Thompson, 27, of Swanville, disorderly conduct (loud noise/private place) in Searsport Sept. 17, $300 fine.

Paula M. Johnson, 50, of Belfast, failure to register a vehicle in Belfast Aug. 17, $100 fine.

Keith A. Fuller Jr., 65, of Montville, failing to stop, provide information in Searsmont Aug. 10, $150 fine.

Gregory A. Stevens Jr., 23, of Swanville, operating under the influence in Belfast Sept. 2, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; violating conditions of release in Swanville Oct. 10, $150 fine; failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Swanville Oct. 10, dismissed.

Jonathan B. Lawrence, 18, of Brooks, operating under the influence in Brooks Sept. 22, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; minor consuming liquor in Brooks Sept. 22, dismissed.  

Joshua J. Burda, 26, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belmont Aug. 6, $500 fine.

Carol Klammer, 36, of Oakland, California, refusing to submit to arrest or detention (with physical force) in Belfast Sept. 30, $200 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (refusal to stop) in Belfast Sept. 30, $200 fine.

William A. Dunton, 54, of Burnham, operating under the influence in Burnham Sept. 29, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

Michelle M. Martin, 31, of Great Falls, Montana, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts) in Belfast, Sept. 9 and Sept. 11, $150 fine for each count.

Ashley C. Boisclair, 32, of Brooks, operating a vehicle without license (beyond condition/restriction) in Searsport Sept. 18, $100 fine.

Carlos A. David Jr., 21, of Bucksport, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Frankfort Sept. 30, $600 fine.

Carrie A. Desrochers, 43, of Morrill, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Belfast Sept. 29, $150 fine.

Maxcy, 37, of Belfast, probation violation in Belfast April 12, 2015, 75 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport June 17, dismissed; assault in Winterport Sept. 2, 75 days in jail and $300 fine; unlawful sexual contact in Winterport Sept. 2, dismissed.   

Stacey Sweetland, 34, of Northport, domestic violence assault in Searsmont Oct. 4, 2017, dismissed.

Randy S. Elwell, 21, of Belfast, assault in Belfast Oct. 31, 2017, dismissed; violating condition of release in Belfast Oct. 31, 2017, dismissed.

John W. Keithan, 32, of Belfast, violating a protection from abuse order in Unity Dec. 24, dismissed.

Travis Ellsworth, 39, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast Dec. 31, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; violating conditions of release in Belfast July 14, 24 hours in jail.

Cody  L. Fairless, 29, of Bangor, burglary in Searsport Sept.16, 2017, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Searsport Sept.16, 2017, dismissed; criminal mischief in Searsport Sept.16, 2017, dismissed.

Todd A. Whitman, 31, of Bangor, burglary in Searsport Sept.16, 2017, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Searsport Sept.16, 2017, dismissed.

Abrina M. Bishop,  34, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast March 10, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast  March 10, dismissed.

Scotty Clark, 35, of Waldo, operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast June 27, 90 days in jail and $2,000 fine.

Blade Poore, 20, of Brooks, aggravated assault in Brooks July 31, six years in prison with all but two years six months suspended and four years of probation; assault in Brooks July 31, two years six months in prison.

Brian B. Wilson, 23, of Belfast, assault (two counts) in Belfast July 15, both dismissed.

David W. Dyer, 20, of Belfast, burglary in Belfast Aug. 8, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Aug. 8.
