BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity April 12-30.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
April 12
Levi Westover, 31, of Belfast, was arrested for unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Lincolnville Road in Belmont.
April 19
Donovan O. Conary, 27, of Belfast, was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, burglary of a motor vehicle, and violating a condition of release in Searsport.
April 20
Jason D. Trefethen, 47, of Winterport, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and attaching false plates on N. Main Street in Winterport.
April 25
Anthony Foster, 38, of Brooks, was arrested for failure to appear.
Glenny Sanchez, 40, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, was arrested for unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Back Searsport Road in Searsport.
Franco M. Rafaelis, 41, of Dominican Republic, was arrested for unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Back Searsport Road in Searsport.
