    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Feb. 21-26. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    Feb. 4 (late entry)

    Eric M. Paquin, 29, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating without a license and operating while license is suspended or revoked out of another state on Starrett Drive in Belfast. 

    Feb. 21

    Devon I. Pierce, 28, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for theft by deception on Old County Road in Stockton Springs.

    Feb. 22

    Zackery Tattell, 24, of Stonington, was issued a summons for speeding 79 mph in a 50 mph zone on Belfast Road in Freedom. 

    Christopher S. Bennett, 21, of Freedom, was issued a summons for speeding 79 mph in a 50 mph zone on Belfast Road in Freedom. 

    Feb. 25

    Henry N. Hartley, 45, of Jackson, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Hadley Mill Road in Jackson.
