BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Jan. 20-31. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Jan. 20

Lucas A. Porter, 33, of Searsport, was arrested for operating under the influence on Main Street in Searsport. 

Jan. 22

Sean Anderson, 38, of Liberty, use of drug paraphernalia (possession) on Roberts Shore Road in Liberty. 

Jan. 26

Samuel J. Carriere, 23, of Searsport, was issued summonses for failure to provide proof of insurance, imprudent speed, failure to produce registration, improper brake lights, attaching false plates, operating after suspension, use of drug paraphernalia (possession), violating conditions of release, and unsworn falsification on Brock Road in Searsport. 

William Hegstrom, 46, of Brooks, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release on Reynolds Road in Brooks. 

Jan. 29

Ryan S. Flannery, 34, of Bangor, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation, failure to provide proof of insurance, and operating with an inadequate tire.
