BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Jan. 1-23. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Jan. 17

Brandon J. Heath, 29, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for operating under the influence on Route 1 in Stockton Springs. 

Jan. 20

Ian Haines, 19, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued summonses for speeding 70 mph in a 55 mph zone, failure to provide proof of insurance, and operating after suspension on Route 1 in Stockton Springs. 

Jan. 21

Noah T. Howard, 21, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for speeding 72 mph in a 55 mph zone on Bangor Road in Stockton Springs.
