BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Jan. 8-14. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Dec. 17 (late entries)

Kody A. Clifford, 26, of Winterport, was arrested for disorderly conduct on Park Drive in Winterport. 

Ethan Leighton, 26, of Winterport, was arrested for disorderly conduct on Park Drive in Winterport. 

Jan. 9

Dave Bragg, 52, of China, was arrested for theft. 

Jan. 10

Kristen L. Nickels, 33, of Swanville, was issued a summons for speeding 69 mph in a 45 mph zone on Oak Hill Road in Swanville. 

Waymon F. Hotham, 52, of Oak Hill Road, was issued a summons for speeding 55 mph in a 40 mph zone on Oak Hill Road in Swanville. 

David J. Laurie, 29, of Brooks, was issued summonses for attaching false plates, an inspection sticker violation, failure to provide proof of insurance, and failure to register a motor vehicle on Waterville Road in Belfast. 

Jan. 11

Joshua J. Dearborn, 28, of Old Town, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Main Street in Stockton Springs. 

Rodney A. Damon, 29, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Cape Jellison Road in Stockton Springs. 

K’lyb B. Herrick, 26, of Sabattus, was issued summonses for failure to give notice of an accident via quickest means, failure to provide proof of insurance, and failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle on Cape Jellison Road in Stockton Springs. 

Caleb M. Woodward, 26, of Knox, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Purple Heart Highway in Brooks.
