BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Jan. 3-9. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
Jan. 3
April F. Dove, 42, of Northport, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation and failure to register a motor vehicle on Church Street in Belfast.
Amanda L. Thomas, 33, of Monroe, was arrested for operating after habitual offender revocation and violating conditions of release on Swan Lake Ave in Swanville.
Jan. 4
Misty Lebel, 29, of Bangor, was issued summonses for attachment of false plates and failure to provide proof of insurance on Back Belmont Road in Belmont.
Jan. 7
James R. O’Keefe, 27, of Waterville, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation and failure to provide proof of insurance on Lebanon Road in Winterport.
Jan. 8
A Morill minor was issued a summons for speeding 79 mph in a 45 mph zone on Poors Mill Road in Belfast.
Desiree V. Gerrior, 38, of Waldo, was issued summonses for failure to provide proof of insurance and operating after suspension on Morrill Road in Belmont.
David Clark, 21, of Montville, was issued summonses for speeding 49 mph in a 40 mph zone and failure to provide proof of insurance on Oak Hill Road in Swanville.
Joshua A. Kaufman, 33, of Gorham, was issued summonses for failure to provide proof of insurance and operating after suspension on Oak Hill Road in Swanville.
